Turn a creative brief into a practical enquiry
A useful production enquiry identifies the visual requirements, likely locations, dates, crew size and the travel services needed. We can review location-scouting and destination-logistics support for commercial, documentary, photographic or television projects. The first step is to clarify the work and the responsibilities before assuming that a location is available for filming.
Separate scouting from shoot-day logistics
A scouting proposal can cover a travel route, possible viewing appointments and a practical report format agreed with your team. Production logistics may include crew transport, accommodation coordination and local language support through suitable providers. Equipment, technical production roles, insurance and specialist personnel are separate unless expressly included in the written scope.
Permissions are coordinated, not issued by us
Access to a location and permission to film are different matters. We may assist with local procedures and permit coordination where feasible; the competent authorities and property owners make their own decisions. Restricted locations, drones, road use, opening hours and public-space activity require individual checks. No permit, exclusive access or approval time is guaranteed. Share your schedule early so feasibility can be assessed.
