Scope and the written agreement
These general conditions form part of the commercial agreement between Colorido Tours and the distributing agency and apply to the catalogue programmes.
These conditions apply to catalogue programmes unless a specific written commercial agreement states otherwise.
For every booking, the written confirmation identifies the selected route, dates, traveller count and confirmed services. A proposed route becomes a booked service only through that confirmation. These commercial catalogue conditions do not replace the specific written arrangements for another programme.
Reservation, deposit and balance
A reservation is confirmed only after written confirmation from Colorido Tours.
A 30% deposit is payable when the reservation is confirmed.
The remaining balance is due 31 days before departure, before the 100% cancellation band begins.
Bookings made 30 days or less before departure require full payment when confirmed.
Catalogue validity and special dates
The 2027 catalogue validity period is 9 January to 15 December 2027.
Catalogue quotations are in euros and are net per-person rates for agencies.
Standard catalogue rates do not apply at Easter, the Feast of Sacrifice, Christmas, New Year or during international fairs or congresses; applicable supplements are communicated in writing.
Catalogue high season is March–October and low season November–February; the quotation identifies the applicable season.

Private requests and changes
Every catalogue programme can be quoted as a private trip on request.
Private quotations can adapt dates, pace, hotel category and visits.
A private quotation is prepared within 24 working hours of a request that confirms dates, passenger count and hotel category.
Request an amendment before committing to revised arrangements. The written response specifies the accepted services and any quotation adjustment; an enquiry alone does not change a confirmed booking.
Hotels and itinerary operation
Named hotels are planned properties. Colorido Tours may substitute a hotel of a similar category, informing the agency in advance.
An unavailable planned hotel is replaced by one of a similar or higher category.
Visit order or itineraries may be adapted for operational, weather or force-majeure reasons, while retaining the content and level of the contracted services.
Regular-programme itineraries may be adjusted without prior notice according to local operating conditions.
Responsibility and communication
Colorido Tours’ responsibility is limited to the correct provision of the confirmed services during the stay in Turkey.
Passengers on regular tours must observe the stated schedules. Colorido Tours does not assume responsibility for incidents resulting from failure to observe them.
General terms may be changed because of operating circumstances, with agencies informed as far in advance as possible.
Cancellation and reductions in booked places follow the cancellation policy. Child arrangements require separate written confirmation.
