Which travel format is right?
Regular programmes can start throughout the year and use shared excursions, visits or transfers with local or international groups, according to destination and availability.
Guaranteed departures have a fixed confirmed start date and operate regardless of the final participant count, with a defined itinerary and services from the first day.
Private arrangements are exclusively for one client, couple, family or closed group, without sharing with other passengers. Guiding, transport and pace can be personalised.
Combined programmes link Turkey with other countries using the selected regular or guaranteed circuits and the international or regional flights shown in the itinerary.
Combined programmes are available on request for 2027. Every catalogue programme can also be quoted privately.
Flights and connections
International flights are not included. Domestic-flight inclusions and starting and ending points are specified separately for each programme.
Read the route’s actual starting airport, ending airport, domestic sectors and transfer points. Regional programmes do not necessarily begin in Istanbul. Your confirmation identifies the issued air services, connections and baggage arrangements.
Accommodation and rooming
Use the hotel category stated in the selected programme, with planned properties confirmed for the travel dates.
Named hotels are planned properties. Colorido Tours may substitute a hotel of a similar category, informing the agency in advance.
An unavailable planned hotel is replaced by one of a similar or higher category.
A triple room is available on request and subject to availability, generally with two standard beds and an extra bed.
Additional Istanbul accommodation can be arranged before or after the circuit and quoted separately.
Guiding, vehicles and visits
The catalogue’s guiding arrangement uses an official Spanish-speaking guide, except on transfers; the chosen programme defines the actual guided days.
The local Istanbul team provides Spanish-speaking assistance throughout the passengers’ stay.
Catalogue vehicle arrangements provide air conditioning and onboard Wi-Fi as stated for the programme.
Seats are unnumbered, and daily seat rotation is recommended.
In high season, some journeys may be shared with other Spanish-speaking groups.
Some Istanbul journeys may use public transport or walking according to traffic.
Included admissions are those specifically identified in the itinerary. Other stops are exterior, panoramic or free-access visits.
An expressly private service remains private as contracted. Panoramic views of palaces or monuments do not establish an interior admission.
Meals and other expenses
Included circuit dinners are served in the hotels outside Istanbul, except for specifically stated dining experiences.
Lunches and all drinks are generally excluded; an expressly included meal in the selected programme is an exception.
Guide and driver tips are not included; recommended amounts can be communicated with the quotation.
Visas, insurance, extra baggage, personal expenses and services not specified are excluded when stated in the selected programme. Review the specific inclusion and exclusion lists, especially programmes with an expressly included lunch or dining experience.
Optional experiences
Advance booking for optional experiences is recommended.
Balloon arrangements are quoted on request for the date and operator. Booking the balloon and Turkish Night with the programme is recommended.
Optional excursions may be confirmed with the booking or arranged at the destination through the Spanish-speaking local team.
Optional excursions can be arranged and paid for at the destination through the local team.
Catalogue options include a Cappadocia balloon flight of approximately 60 minutes; a 3–4-hour Cappadocia Turkish Night with transfers; a four-hour Bosphorus dinner-and-show cruise; a 2–4-hour private Bosphorus yacht outing; full-day monumental, Asian-side or Old and Modern Europe visits in Istanbul; a half-day Cappadocia jeep excursion; and a full-day Chios ferry visit from Çeşme. These options are additional unless explicitly included in the selected programme.
Documents and packing
For these catalogue arrangements, provide a passport valid for at least six months after the return date and check the official requirements for the traveller’s nationality.
Visa or e-Visa requirements depend on nationality; check the official Turkish e-Visa portal.
Routes including a Greek island require the traveller’s applicable valid Schengen documentation.
Carry digital copies of travel documents.
Bring comfortable walking shoes; sun protection; light daytime clothes and a layer for Cappadocia evenings; swimwear for thermal stays; rain protection; passport, travel insurance and digital copies.
Check the current official requirements for every traveller and every country on the route before issuing services.
Confirmation, changes and insurance
A reservation is confirmed only after written confirmation from Colorido Tours.
Travel insurance with cancellation cover is recommended.
The booking terms, cancellation policy and child policy provide the catalogue’s payment, cancellation and room-sharing conditions. The individual written agreement identifies any expressly accepted variation.
