The starting point is the location, event calendar and expected guest profile, rather than a standard wedding package.
Compare the destination logistics
Istanbul, Cappadocia, Bodrum and Antalya create different patterns of flights, transfers and accommodation. Before asking guests to book, consider how they will reach the venue, return after the event and use any free days. A compact hotel area can simplify shared transport; scattered accommodation gives more choice but requires a more detailed plan. Final arrangements depend on confirmed venues and suppliers.
Coordinate arrivals and the event days
Once the guest requirements are clear, build an arrival schedule, hotel rooming outline and event transfer plan. Families, older relatives and guests arriving separately may need different arrangements. Optional welcome visits or a post-celebration excursion should remain easy to understand and easy to join.
