Use two bases for two different rhythms
A suggested week can begin with arrival through Kayseri and a ski-area stay, then continue to Cappadocia for landscape and cultural visits. The order may be reversed to fit flights or accommodation. Staying near the activity you are doing reduces unnecessary daily transfers. Arrival time, equipment collection and departure logistics deserve space rather than being squeezed into full ski days.
Plan by ability, not by a resort photograph
Tell us whether you ski or snowboard, how recently you practised and whether anyone needs lessons. Mixed levels may need different instructors or meeting arrangements. Lift access, equipment rental, lesson language and children’s participation requirements must be verified individually. The number of slopes open and snow conditions cannot be promised at enquiry stage, even when your dates fall within the usual winter period.
Build useful alternatives into the week
Cappadocia days can focus on museums, settlements and accessible viewpoints, with walking adapted to winter surfaces and daylight. A balloon flight would be a separate weather-dependent request. If skiing is interrupted, the proposal should make clear which changes can be coordinated and which supplier conditions apply. A cultural alternative offers a different day, rather than pretending to replace a lost ski session exactly.
Describe the priorities of every traveller
A group may include keen skiers, occasional skiers and people who want no slope time at all. Say how many days each person hopes to spend skiing and whether shared evenings are the priority. This helps determine the accommodation sequence and any parallel activities. We can also consider a longer Cappadocia stay, keeping the winter-sports component proportionate to the actual interests and experience of your travelling party.
