Start with the ship schedule
A stopover has a defined arrival window and an essential return time. Send the ship name, port, date, scheduled arrival and all-aboard time. These details must be checked before choosing a route; a standard city tour is not automatically suitable for a port call.
Keep the route focused
Istanbul's historic centre and Ephesus are possible themes to discuss where the port and available time make them practical. The existing Istanbul and Ephesus programmes describe the cultural content, but their published durations and meeting arrangements cannot simply be transferred to a cruise stopover.
Confirm the meeting and transport
The proposal must identify the meeting point, transport, guide language, visit duration and planned return arrangements. Port access and local logistics require confirmation. This page does not promise terminal pickup, ship-approved excursions or a guaranteed return-to-ship service.
