Build two connected journeys
Combining countries works when each portion has a clear route and the international connection has enough time. Cultural proximity does not remove border and transport arrangements.
Greece and Egypt offer different extensions
Athens and Aegean islands differ from Cairo and a Nile sailing programme. Decide which extension fits your interests before changing the Turkey itinerary.
Keep service boundaries clear
Confirm flights, documents, local transfers and each country’s visits separately. A combined title does not promise all international transport or matching guide languages.
