Kekova’s archaeological interest lies in the relationship between coastal settlement remains and the water. It belongs to the Lycian Mediterranean setting near the Simena area.
Observe without assuming access
A boat view and a landing are different experiences. Protected remains must not be treated as an ordinary swimming or diving stop.

Discuss the boat route, Simena stop and overnight anchorage separately. A wider gulet journey may include the area, but its actual landing arrangements need confirmation.
