The proposed journey
Tell us your dates, group size and preferred pace to personalise turkish cooking workshop. The confirmed proposal will identify the visits and services arranged for you.
From ingredients to the table
The proposed session centres on Turkish food as something to prepare, taste and discuss. A menu might focus on meze, a sweet such as baklava or Turkish coffee. These are possible themes, not a fixed menu: the dishes, ingredients and level of participation are agreed with the selected host.
An optional market beginning
A market visit can introduce the vegetables, herbs, spices and other ingredients used in the lesson. It is a separate requested part of the activity. In the kitchen, the intended sequence is an explanation of ingredients, preparation and cooking, followed by tasting what has been made. A demonstration and a hands-on class must be distinguished in the final programme.
Planning the session
A three- to four-hour session is a useful starting concept. The city and venue are not fixed: an Istanbul stay or a free period in another Turkish destination may provide the setting. Tell us your group size, dietary requirements and whether you prefer a private session. The proposal will identify the host, utensils, ingredients, language and any transfers before arrangements are agreed.
Services to agree with your enquiry
Tell us your travel dates, arrival and departure points, number of travellers and preferred pace. The final proposal separates the core visits from optional activities and specifies transfers, vehicle or vessel format, accommodation, admissions and meal arrangements. Private guiding or transport is only included when stated in that written proposal.
International travel, additional excursions, personal spending and other services are not assumed. Ask for the complete scope and applicable terms before agreeing the trip. Let us know your preferred guiding language when you enquire.
