Tour overview
A private itinerary through southeast Anatolia, visiting Göbekli Tepe, a World Heritage site with more than 11,000 years of history, Şanlıurfa and Harran. The three-day version adds Mardin, a limestone city overlooking the Mesopotamian plain.
Detailed Tour Program
Day 1 · Arrival in Şanlıurfa · Göbekli Tepe
Meet at Şanlıurfa Airport (GNY) and transfer to the hotel. In the afternoon, visit Göbekli Tepe, with its circles of T-shaped stone pillars carved millennia before Stonehenge. Return to the city for a walk through the bazaar and the Pool of the Sacred Fish, beside the cave traditionally associated with Abraham's birth.
Day 2 · Harran · Departure (two-day version) / Mardin (three-day version)
Visit Harran, known for its conical adobe houses and the ruins associated with one of the earliest universities in the Islamic world. In the two-day version, transfer to the airport for departure. In the three-day version, continue to Mardin, a limestone city overlooking the Mesopotamian plain, and stay overnight.

Day 3 · Mardin · Departure (three-day version only)
Visit Mardin's old town, with its carved Ottoman stone houses and views across the Mesopotamian plain towards Syria. Transfer to Mardin Airport for departure.

Choosing the route variant
Choose the two-day Şanlıurfa–Göbekli Tepe–Harran version or the three-day extension to Mardin when enquiring. The extension changes the overnight location and departure airport.
The two-day route finishes after Harran; Mardin is included only in the three-day route. Accommodation and airport arrangements are confirmed for the chosen version.
The programme combines archaeological sites, bazaar streets and an old-town walk. Tell us about walking or mobility needs before confirming the vehicle and daily pace.
The arrival flight must leave enough time for the afternoon Göbekli Tepe visit. The departure transfer is arranged around the selected return flight.
