What this enquiry is about
An airport transfer request should identify the exact airport, arrival or departure flight and the address to be reached. Istanbul's airports and regional gateways cannot be treated as interchangeable points on a route.
A practical approach
Passenger numbers, luggage and any mobility or child-seat needs affect the vehicle request. For departures, consider the journey to the airport separately from airline check-in and airport processing time.
Scope to confirm
Confirm the vehicle specification, meeting point, waiting arrangements and how flight changes are handled. An enquiry does not reserve a vehicle or establish a fixed journey time.
